I have great communication and management skills which is a blessing and I really have to thank my parents for that. When I was young, my parents had me join a basketball team. Naturally I learned how to communicate and deal with other players. No one did anything alone in a game and it was a team effort. We had to talk about strategies to win a game. You know, a lot of communication among us was required. This improved my communication skills a lot. This skill really helped me to be elected as a student president in high school. As a student president, I had lots of works to do and sometimes had to have a long discussions on an agenda with other students.
