When TOEFL test date is changed or you encounter any problem in a test center When you receive an email, saying that your test date is changed due to various reasons or when there is some technical issue in a test center, you can choose another test date that you want with no additional fee.

In the case that somehow your score is not reported, ETS will give you either another test date or refund. Also, you can claim the cost you spent coming to the center to take the test within 30 days and it will be paid in dollars.
